مختلف داستان سناتا ہے
میں نے جس سے بھی تیرا پوچھا ہے
قیس مجھ سے جوئے میں ہارا تھا
سچ بتاؤں تو دشت میرا ہے
تم نے منٹو پہ فلم دیکھی ہے
میں نے منٹو کو پڑھ کے سمجھا ہے
میں تو مل کے ہی جاؤں گا اُس سے
تُو بتا تیرا کیا ارادہ ہے
باقی لوگوں کو روک لو لیکن
اک اُسے جانے دو وہ اپنا ہے

Mukhtalif daastan sunata hy
Main ny jiss sy bhi tera pocha hy
Qais mujh sy joeyy main hara tha
Sach bataon to dasht mera hy
Tum ny Manto py film dekhi hy
Mainy Manto ko padh ky samjha hy
Main to mil ky hi jaon ga us sy
Tu bata tera kia irada hy
Baqi logon ko rook lo lekin
Ik usy jany do woh apna hy
