غزل
یہ دُکھ نہیں کہ شہر میں میرا کوئی نہیں
یہ دُکھ کی بات ہے کہ کسی کا کوئی نہیں
اُس کا بچھڑنا لے گیا حسِ مزاح تک
ہنسنے کی بات کرتا ہوں ہنستا کوئی نہیں
سب ظلم ہوتا دیکھنے والوں کی صف میں ہے
افسوس اِس ہجوم میں اندھا کوئی نہیں
لگتا ہے وہ تو شہروں کا ہو کر ہی رہ گیا
حالانکہ جانتا تھا ہمارا کوئی نہیں
دن کیا ہوا کہ بھاگ پڑے دفتروں کی سمت
ضوریزسیر گاہوں میں ہوتا کوئی نہیں

Yeh dukh nahi keh shehr main mera koi nahi
Yeh dukh ki baat hy keh kisi ka koi nahi
Uska bichadna ly gia hiss-e-mazah tak
Hansny ki baat karta hon hansta koi nahi
Sab zulm hota daikhny walon ki saff main hy
Afsoos iss hajoom main andha koi nahi
Lagta hy woh to shehron ka ho kar hi reh gia
Halanky janta tha hamara koi nahi
Din kia hoa keh bhaag pady daftaron ki samt
ZORAIZ seer gahon main hota koi nahi
