غزل
اے دلِ بے سکوں ہے یہی زندگی تو مسلسل گزر کربِ تخلیق سے
تو مصور بھی ہے اور موجد بھی ہے جی چرایا نہ کر کربِ تخلیق سے
دولتِ درد بھی ، مایۂ سوز بھی ، نقدِ احساس بھی اس کا فیضان ہے
عقل بے عقل ہے دل ہے محرومِ دل جو رہے بے خبر کربِ تخلیق سے
کیفِ ہستی اگر تجھ کو مطلوب ہے اس کی صرصر کو بھی تو سمجھ لے صبا
پائیں نشوونما فہم کے برگ و گل فکر کے بال و پر کربِ تخلیق سے
اہلِ دل کے لئے اس کے سب مرحلے رنگ سامان ہیں راحت ِجان ہیں
بات میں وزن ہے چال میں شان ہے شعر میں ہے اثر کربِ تخلیق سے
جان خستہ سہی دل شکستہ سہی روح گھائل سہی درد قاتل سہی
پھر بھی فاتح سدا وقفِ کاوش رہو گو ہے زخمی جگر کرب تخلیق سے
