تیری تلاش کے ماروں کی نیند پوری ہو
ذرا تو بیٹھ کہ پیروں کی نیند پوری ہو
جو ایک جاگے تو دونوں کو اضطراب رہے
جو ایک سوئے تو دونوں کی نیند پوری ہو
تیرا بچھڑنا کہ بس جاگنے کی دوری پہ ہے
تو کیسے خوف کے ماروں کی نیند پوری ہو؟
خُدا تو چاہے گا خوابوں میں سب رہیں مصروف
خُدا تو چاہے گا بندوں کی نیند پوری ہو
وصال کر کہ جُدائی کا نام تک نہ رہے
پھر اتنا جاگیں کہ برسوں کی نیند پوری ہو

Zara to baith keh peeron ki neend pori ho
Jo aik jagy to dono ko iztarab rahy
Jo aik soyee to dono ki neend pori ho
Tera bichadna keh bas jagny ki doori py hy
To kesy khoof ky maron ki neend pori ho
Khuda to chahy ga khaabon main sab rahain masroof
Khuda to chahy ga bandon ki neend pori ho
Wisaal kar keh judaai ka naam tak na rahy
Phir itna jagain keh barson ki neend pori ho
