غزل
جس طرح بزم میں وہ آنکھ اُٹھا دیتے ہیں
دلِ عشاق میں ہلچل سی مچا دیتے ہیں
جام و مینا ہی پہ موقوف نہیں ان کا کرم
موج میں آئیں تو آنکھوں سے پلا دیتے ہیں
مسلکِ فقر کے وارث ہیں حقیقت میں وہی
گالیاں سن کے بھی جو لاگ دُعا دیتے ہیں
کوئی بیٹھے تو سہی ایل نظر میں جا کر
دل کو اک آن میں آئینہ بنا دیتے ہیں
حالِ دل اس نے جو پوچھا تو بھر آئے آنسو
نرم الفاظ بھی زخموں کو ہوا دیتے ہیں
تُو نے دیکھا کہ تیرے ہجر میں رونے والے
ہنستے ماحول میں اک آگ لگا دیتے ہیں
ایک لغزش پہ ہمیں جنتِ ارضی بخشی
دیکھنا یہ ہے کہ اس بار وہ کیا کرتے ہیں
خود شناسی بھی ہے تعلیمِ فنا کا حصہ
کون کہتا ہے کہ ہم درسِ انا دیتے ہیں؟
وجہ بربادیِ دل کوئی اگر پوچھتا ہے
رونے والے تیری تصویر دکھا دیتے ہیں
اب یہی شغل ہے دن رات محبت میں نصیر
اشک بیتے ہوئے لمحوں کو صدا دیتے ہیں
