غزل
کن آنکھوں میں ہم ڈوبے ہیں
نین یہ جھیلوں سے گہرے ہیں
جب تم پہلی بار ملے تھے
زیست کا حاصل وہ لمحے ہیں
جب سے ہم نے پیار کیا ہے
ہر ساعت صدمے جھیلے ہیں
یہ گل ٗ دیپ ٗ یہ چاند ٗستارے
تیرے درشن کو آۓ ہیں
لازم ہے توقیر دلوں کی
دل موتی ہیں ، دل شیشے ہیں
جیسے کالا بادل برسے
یوں چھم چھم آنسو برسے ہیں
یارب ساتھ نہ چھوٹے اس کا
جس کو دیکھ کے ہم جیتے ہیں
اور نہ کوئی احساں کرنا
پہلے ہی کافی قرضے ہیں
فاتح کیا افتاد پڑی ہے
آپ جو یوں سہمے سہمے ہیں
