چادر کی عزت کرتا ہوں اور پردے کو مانتا ہوں
ہر پردہ پردہ نہیں ہوتا اتنا میں بھی جانتا ہوں
سارے مرد ہی اک جیسے ہیں، تم نے کیسے کہہ ڈالا
میں بھی تو ایک مرد ہوں، تم کو خود سے بہتر مانتا ہوں
مجھ کو پتا ہے وہ غصے میں کس حد تک جا سکتی ہے
اپنی زُبان پہ قابو رکھو میں اُس کو پہچانتا ہوں
میں نے اُس سے پیار کیا ہے ملکیت کا دعویٰ نہیں
وہ جس کے بھی ساتھ ہے، میں اُس کو بھی اپنا مانتا ہوں

Chadar ki izzat karta hon, aor pardy ko manta hon
Har parda parda nahi hota itna main bhi janta hon
Sary mard hi ik jesy hain, tum ny kesy keh dala?
Main bhi to aik mard hon, tum ko khud sy behtar manta hon
Mujh ko pata hy woh ghussy main kis had tak ja sakti hy
Apni zubaan py qaabo rakho main usko pehchanta hon
Main ny us sy piyaar kia hy milkiaat ka dawa nahi
Woh jis ky bhi sath hy, main usko bhi apna manta hon
