ہر اک جابر سے انکاری رہےگی
محبت حمد ہے جاری رہے گی
یونہی نادِ علی پڑھتا رہوں گا
میری للکار دو دھاری رہے گی
ہم ایسا کہنے والے جب تلک ہیں
غزل بندوق پر بھاری رہے گی
تو کیا پھر ملتوی سمجھوں یہ بوسہ؟
یہ تیاری بھی تیاری رہے گی

Har ik jabir sy inkaari rahy gi
Mohabbat Hamd hy jaari rahy gi
Youn hi Naad-e-Ali Padhta rahon ga
Meri lalkaar do dhaari rahy gi
Ham aisa kehny waly jab talak hain
Ghazal bandooq par bhaari rahy gi
To kia phir multawi samjhon yeh boosa?
Yeh tiari bhi tiari rahy gi
