غزل
کمینہ بن بھی دکھاؤں تو ہنسنے لگتے ہیں
جو گہرے دوست ہیں میرے مجھے سمجھتے ہیں
اُسے معاف کیا کہ وہ اُس کو چاہتا تھا
وگرنہ ہم جو حریفوں کا حال کرتے ہیں
بس ایک بار مجھے ماضی بھول جانے دے
وہ خود بھی آہیں بھریں گے جو کان بھرتے ہیں
تعلقات بڑھانے سے ایک راز کھلا
جنھیں گلے سے لگاؤ گلے ہی پڑتے ہیں
ہمارے گاؤں کی سڑکوں پہ ریت ناچتی ہے
اور اُس کے ذرے بہت دور تک بکھرتے ہیں
جو تیرے سامنے الحمداللہ کہتے رہے
وہ تیرے بعد خُدا سے بہت جھگڑتے رہے

Woh khud bhi aahain bharain gy jo kaan bharty hain
Taaluqaat badhany sy aik raaz khula
Jinhain gally sy lagao gally hi padty hain
Hamary gaaon ki sadkoon py rait nachti hy
Aor us k zarry bohat door tak bikharty hain
Jo tery samny Alhamdulillah kehty rahy
Wo tery baad Khuda sy bohat jhagadty rahy
